I am moving from http://weblog.sharondippity.com to http://blog.sharondippity.com because I am no longer having fun upkeeping the program that runs http://weblog.sharondippity.com - I think I'll let blogger.com do the maintenance from now on since it's free. Yeah. Plus I can send photos from my phone directly to it, how fun is that?
I'm still working out the bugs on the template and it's not validating html, but I did get the kewl picasaweb slideshow working. |

Yay it's Friday.
Jan has been coming over on Wednesdays to workout with me. She has encouraged me to get back into doing my yoga regime. I did yoga last night and the night before. It really does make me feel fantastic.
Last weekend I got together with the Andersons and other friends to see Debs in her latest play, "The Real Thing" at the Bus Barn theater in Los Altos. Being the dedicated tailgaters, we tailgated before the play in the pouring rain. I drank a gin and tonic, a glass of zin, then at intermission I drank sake. After the play we all went for beers and I drank Stella Artois. Needless to say I had an exquisite hangover the next morning, but it was worth it. It was gone just in time for Superbowl. |

The following is in reverse order, and I don't know why.
I went to see the Little Shop of Horrors last Sunday night. We had kickass seats in the 15th row yay. I forgot how fun it is to see a live musical.
Saturday night I worked out at the gym and then cooked mussels for dinner. They were awesome!
Friday evening, Jan and I ventured to a new dive bar in Palo Alto called Antonio's Nut House, which is fitting. Free peanuts that you shell onto the floor, that you take from a mechanical gorilla in a cage. Drinks were inexpensive, and they provide chalk and chalkboards in the ladies' room to express yourself with while you express yourself.
Today is Wednesday and Friday is the first of February. Geezus pleezus January is gone poof. |
